paris fashion week and where i could not resist going during while in paris

while in paris for tra noi during fashion week
showing glovelets by inhouse with rococo collection

had to try frenchie's bar nearby in the 2ieme

no reservations but worth the wait
in the small street or allee

a fabulous gourmet market, butcher, and poissonnerie

had to go to the puces in st ouen to see the new l'eclaireur show space and mademoiselle steinitz

l'eclaireur on rue des rosiers a gallery space

fell in love with this mirror by vicenzo de cotiis
next door is mademoiselle steinitz, the grandaughter of the steinitz gallerie in paris

this is the same family operation but less formal-no web site
here are some highlights of what i saw and noted

when tra noi ended had to run over and see the marcel duchamp exhibit at the pompidou which luckily was open late on mondays and it was my last night

some of his influences artist like brancusi
i think he must have also heavily influenced koontz having just blogged about his exhibit at the whitney

right next door to the exhibition is george so i grabbed a bite before i collapsed and flew home

the food was not my favorite but it is very happening and the view is spectacular!
